Signs Plus, Inc. is a small business, with big ideas. We are a 2 person operation that has been locally-based & woman-owned for 12 years. We have a strong and loyal customer base, and know the majority of our customers by first name.
We have customers all around the North Shore of Massachusetts. Peabody, Danvers, Salem, Beverly, Gloucester, Middleton, Marblehead, Swampscott, Lynn, Lynnfield, Saugus are just a few. We have calls from Boston and Cambridge with some frequency, as well.
Most of our work is for vinyl lettering, graphic design, full color printing, banners, a frames, aluminum signs, coroplast signs, tshirts, lighted signs, business cards, posters, and things of that nature. We take pride in the fact that, because we are a small company, we are afforded the ability to be very personal in our dealings with each & every customer. Though they may not be a business benefit, little things like: a customer remembering where my Mom (who works in the shop here & again) went on vacation; asking about my son (who lives in Oregon)-means to me that I made a personal impression-priceless!
Again, the look of pride when a customer takes that first step to make their business ‘official’, the thanks for a great job when we produce something exceeding their expectations, the affirmation that our product helped in any way-whether they take the time to call/tell us, or seeing a result by way of additional orders-priceless!
